Peer Support Group Tea & Talk

Salam, Hello, Namaste and welcome to my Tea & Talk Group.

My name is Chompa and I'm the founder of this space. Tea & Talk was born from a very personal journey, one that was shaped by loss, bereavement, grief, faith and healing. Through my own experiences, I saw how hard it can be to find a safe, non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself, especially in communities where silence is expected and emotional pain is often hidden. This is why I created Tea & Talk.

This is your space: A space where every story matters, where you're not judged and you're not alone.

My Mission is simple: To listen, to understand and to walk alongside you with compassion, care and respect. I want to help break the stigma around mental health and show that seeking support is not a weakness, but a strength. I believe with all my heart that expressing our feelings, emotions and pain does not make us less faithful, it makes us human.

This is a confidential, respectful and supportive space where you can speak or just listen with a warm cup of tea. Everything shared here stays here, and you are welcome exactly as you are. All women are welcome regardless of your background. Whether you are looking for support, inspiration, networking or simply a space to share.

Peer support groups run regularly.

Relationship Mediation

Are you facing challenges in your relationship? You don't have to go through it alone.

Couple in Mediation

What is Relationship Meditation?

Relationship Mediation is a unique and innovative service offered by only a handful of counsellors nationwide. It provides a fast, structured and effective alternative to traditional couples counselling for those seeking to work through relationship difficulties. This approach is ideal for those who are committed to preserving important relationships, whether in the context of marriage, family, friendship, or any other type of connection.

Relationship Mediation is about creating a space where all voices matter and solutions are discovered together. It is a structured process guided by an impartial, non-judgemental, and professionally trained mediator. The goal is to resolve conflict, rebuild trust and improve communication.

Why Mediation Matters to Me?

I believe in supporting people as their  move beyond conflict with more clarity, empathy, and peace without judgment.

As human beings, we all seek safety, understanding, and guidance, especially during emotionally challenging time. Even the strongest relationships can become strained when faced with conflict. Mediation provides an opportunity to find a path forward.

Why I Offer Mediation?

Through personal and professional experiences I 've seen how quickly situations can become clouded by accusations, blame, doubt or misunderstanding. I’ve come to deeply appreciate the healing power of being truly heard and understood, especially during the times of tension. Unspoken pain and communication can create barriers between people.  When we create a space for honest and respectful dialogue, healing begins.
