How popular is Counselling?

We know counselling changes lives. Mental Health has become a natural part of the national conversation, making it easier for people to seek help without embarrassment or shame. According to BACP the 2024 public survey, three-quarters of people believe counselling can make individuals happier, and two- thirds agree that counselling is a better option than taking medication. Nearly one in nine people think it is important that counselling is accessible to those who need it.​​​​​​​​​​​
